“We traveled the world together and looked for the perfect venue to celebrate our love with our closest friends and family.  Lake Como with it’s majestic mountains, quaint villages and the serenity of the lake itself was the perfect storybook backdrop for our wedding.

The day of the wedding, we awoke to rain and clouds which covered the very mountains, villages and lake that we so dearly wanted as the centerpiece for our celebration. Although disappointed, we knew that our celebration would not be dampened by the inclement weather. We had waited far too long for this day.

In the late afternoon, just a few short hours before the start of our celebration and in a stunning reversal, the clouds parted, the rain ceased, the sun shone, and the majesty of the lake revealed itself in all its glory. At that very moment we knew Sam’s parents in heaven had asked God to part the clouds so that they could also see the celebration of their love and did not want the clouds obscuring their view from on high. “
